Pros

The people are amazing. Premier does a great job of employing the best of the best. It is not easy to get in the door, but that is by design. Once you are in, you will not want to leave. The company is extremely competitive in compensation and has a benefits package designed for career employees and their families. Any job is going to be work but the people at PTG become family and make the hard days worthwhile.

Cons

Any job has its good days and bad. The economy definitely impacts the business, but the commercial vehicles business is well insulated against many of the factors that so negatively impact other businesses. Trucks and freight will alway need to run.

Premier Truck Group of Oklahoma City is a great company! They offer excellent benefits, competitive pay in a safe & fun environment. Despite being a large company, they have established a family first work culture; employees here are the best!

Almost every holiday off and weekends off.

Cons

Poor management, they have favorites and will ignore their bad behavior and attitude, even at the cost of a good employee. No room for growth, no raises, no accountability. They hire lazy people who constantly call in and can’t do the job they were hired for right and reward them, and punish the hard workers. They are inconsiderate of problems in your life and will allow co workers to bully you about them and spread rumors. It’s very draining.
