The owner is a controlling person that only cares about what you have done for her on a day to day basis and literally only asks that question. They pay is very low and the owner changes commissions without giving expectations. While not allowing anyone to be trained to sell from start to finish, she triple books her time and misses appointments frequently while closing very little. Keep looking! I wouldn't give this company any stars based on poor management.
