Workload expectations are unrealistic and not sustainable long term. There is division among the management ranks; very political work environment.

Great hours, no weekends, descent workload

Cons

Horrible raises, lots of work doesn’t equal the pay, takes “other duties as assigned” to a new level, lots of favoritism, no advancement opportunities, can be better with employee input.
