      Pros

      They compensate well and offer chances to quickly move up in the company.

      Cons

      The training was awful. There is tons of information thrown at the employee early on. The headquarters is out of Tennessee and you feel disconnected once the trainers leave.

      Reactive and fragmented leadership

      Pros

      Mission to help people get, stay, and be well is honorable. Medical leadership is quality and clinically focused. Top notch.

      Cons

      Operations leaders are not highly reactive to reoccuring business issues, competition, and lack of focus. This has lead to a no trust, highly volatile environment. Field operation leaders are expected to perform an arena where success is not acheievable.

      Corporate Headquarters: nothing but good things to say!

      Pros

      Casual Fridays!!!!! Friendly Executives that learn your first name and get to know you. Relaxed but hardworking company culture with a focused and determined work ethic. Onsite employee massage therapist, car washes, and dry cleaning services. Free employee gym and locker rooms with showers. Unlimited free pod coffee. Updated technology, new work spaces and office supplies. Clean facilities. Seriously the only reason I left this company was because I had to move out of state for personal reasons.

      Cons

      The only thing I can think of? The parking lot gets full when there are multiple meetings occurring in the same day? Literally that is it.
