Company listens and makes changes to benefit overall employee satisfaction. Company stresses and communicates cultural beliefs often, encourages positive recognition, works to improve policies and procedures, focuses on quality initiatives and promotes team member successes.

Cons

It takes some time to learn the multiple layers of support within the organization, if this can even be a "con"!

Fairly well compensated with appreciative patients.

Cons

Toxic work environment, blatant favoritism, tolerant of drug abuse in the work environment, employees are practicing outside ther scope of practice and jeopardixing patient safety and care.
