I didn't see any pros here. Maybe the food at the facility. The pay was horrible and I shouldn't have accepted the job.

Cons

Staff, attitudes, lying about schedule to get you in the door and then making issues about it. Just find another job.

Pros

Growing organization with many opportunities to join. Work independently. Very little micromanagement. Good hours/holidays/vacation time. Flexible. Organization lives by its core values and mission. State of the art health center. Genuinely nice people to work with.

Cons

Spread out across the country so not a lot of chance to personally meet other colleagues from other sites or headquarters. Company headquarters in TN so assistance comes remotely (IT, HR, Payroll, etc.)
