      Integrated Healthcare with a Focus in Excellent Service

      Pros

      -The team at my location is very professional and works with excellence. -Providers can choose a 4-day work week. -The culture is positive and promotes health for both patients and staff. -The compensation is competitive, especially for behavioral health. -The work is fulfilling, especially because it is free of all of the administrative demands of working for multiple payers with different guidelines and requirements. -There is a good deal of professional autonomy in how you do your work as a provider. -IT service and benefits service are very responsive.

      Cons

      -Each location can be quite different from the others, so there is a lot of variation in experience. -There is not much of a sense of connection with the other service locations in the same state much less the entire company. -There ate very few formal connection opportunities or learning opportunities with other providers. So even though we have a number of clinical subject matter experts across the company, there is very little organized and intentional effort to make use of our collective experience and knowledge for the benefit of anyone beyond the local service location.
