      Pros

      No stagnation, lots of room for growth, very engaged management. Be honest if you have upward mobility on your mind, they love to hire from within.

      Cons

      Because it's constantly expanding, it's hard to keep up with who is where and which way is up. Just rely on your direct manager to guide you.

      Amazing culture

      Pros

      C-suite that is engaged, and genuinely cares about the team. Corporate employees are given the tools they need, and are not micromanaged. Fun, upbeat atmosphere.

      Cons

      Communication kinks between corporate and field staff. Level of workload can be overwhelming at times due to growth as an organization.

      Pros

      -great leadership team -positive work environment -great work/life balance -opportunities to advance -many resources provided for career development -good benefits -provide annual merit raises

      Cons

      -our headquarters are located in TN, so not being able to access/be at the corporate office can make one feel out of the loop at times -corporate office being so far away can hinder engagement -opportunities to advance may require a big move -all sites are run differently based on the clients needs.. this is n/a to myself but could be a setback for some
