      Pros

      I have been with Premise since 2009 and am learning and growing daily. If you are looking for a company to grow with, then Premise is the place. There are opportunities all over the United States. Salaries are very much in line with other nursing positions in my area and most of the time, they are far above what I would make elsewhere.

      Cons

      If I had to say anything, I would say that there is so much new information daily on new policies and procedures that at times it can be a little overwhelming.

      I have worked with the company for four years. -I have been very impressed with the quality standards, online training. -Management responsiveness is top notch! -Clinics are professional, clean and inviting to patients. State-of-the art equipment -Benefits - insurance, vacation, family/work balance a plus -Patients are awarded more than ample time for appts - never rushed through

      Cons

      -Merging of TakeCare Health and Ceredian has been a challenging process. -Education reimbursement allotment is low for the quality of employee the company strive to employ

      Pros

      I am empowered to do what I love everyday in taking care of patients. Premise strives to hire quality people that match up with our cultural beliefs resulting in engaged, high quality team members. I like that they encourage creativity and innovation at both a corporate and local level. There are opportunities for promotion and continuing education. They encourage recognition and strive to help our national team to know how we all work toward the success of our company.

      Cons

      Our corporate office with HR and most other administrative departments are centrally located and most of these tasks are done via email or phone. If you are used to an in house administrative department this could be something to get used to. I feel that responses to administrative tasks are done in a reasonable time frame and all staff have been very helpful and respectful.
