      So far so good, some major changes but otherwise it is pretty good

      Cons

      confusing on what website to use for different company processes. I feel like there is a different website for everything.

      Pros

      Sometimes management can be flexible with you on various things. The pay is good for the Bay Area, but I believe that is to do with who we Vendor for.

      Cons

      Premise management onsite does not seem to support you when you ask for it. They will tell you that they are here to support and if you need anything to reach out. But they don't follow through when you really need it, they throw you under the bus. Onsite management is very immature. There was a market analysis and I feel like employees (myself included) who were here dedicating their time and investing hard-work got the shaft, while employees who had just started with zero experience got "raises" and praised for good work. That is not what it was. Just overall not a good feeling.
