excellent salary, leading market strategies, emphasis on IT, very friendly work environment and culture, the team feels like family, great leadership team

Cons

Limited opportunity to move up depending on position, overall there isn't really any major drawbacks of working for Premise Health, the culture is great!

I enjoy the emphasis on building culture, and engagement with staff. I also like the focus on quality and accreditation to ensure our patients receive the very best care. Team engagement is essential, and Premise Health provides exceptional resources to assist team members and managers to develop. The benefits are great, along with the opportunity to advance within the company. PTO plans and holiday time is excellent.
