Pros

Premise Health is an innovative and collaborative company full of team players. I have been impressed by the caliber of employees I have had the opportunity to work with on various projects and their commitment to meeting the needs of clients and fellow team members.

Cons

When I first started working here we did not have our own onsite health clinic, but since then we have added that on to the corporate office.

I felt very supported on many levels professional and personal. There were opportunities for career coaching and mentorship.

Cons

Salaries are under par for job requirements. Expensive healthcare plans that are absorbed in your "raise".

Each site is completely different. I am very happy with my management and my location.

When thigs get to be more about corporate ideals and get away from the help, care and management of patients and the needs and desires of the clients.
