      Premise Health is a wonderful place if Onsite Health is the industry you want to be in. The people are warm, the company is booming, and the market is growing.

      Cons

      The culture at Premise Health is long tenured and well entrenched as the company has existed in one form or another for many years. If this culture fits your personality type you will love it; if not you will be very unhappy.

      Pros

      Premise is an amazing company to be a part of and it is a pleasure going to work each day. The company strives to create an atmosphere focused on its culture initiatives which creates a family like environment. Highly professional, yet innovative. You could not ask to work with a better company.

      Cons

      Honestly, nothing major of note. Continued focus on uniformity and consolidation is needed but making huge strides!
