      Premise Health offers near or on-site care to employees and its dependents at work. Employees of Premise Health have access to a robust support team and continuing education. I have been in healthcare for 30 years. I love Premise Health.

      Great Company and Culture to work for!

      Company listens and makes changes to benefit overall employee satisfaction. Company stresses and communicates cultural beliefs often, encourages positive recognition, works to improve policies and procedures, focuses on quality initiatives and promotes team member successes.

      Cons

      It takes some time to learn the multiple layers of support within the organization, if this can even be a "con"!
