      Pros

      Before the CHS/TCH merger it was a great place to work. People were sincere, kind and forward thinking. Since the merger its all about the bottom line, the money not the client or their employees.

      Cons

      Small town minded leadership trying to be in the big corporate world. Now its all about the quantity not quality! Talented team members have been replaced with "friends" of the CEO, COO. Job security is about how well you appraise the upper management. Their cultural beliefs are all lip service.

      Great company to work for, good people, very supportive.

      Cons

      My job was eliminated due to the client amending the contract, so it was not my company's fault.

      Great experience pre CHS/Take Care merger. Thereafter profits trump people.

      Pros

      Great experience in corporate healthcare and what happens to an organization, it's culture and people through mergers and acquisitions. Good performance appraisal system. CEO walks the talk. Excellent investment in technology and innovation.

      Cons

      Management may not listen to employee feedback if it conflicts with the theoretical corporate culture and profits. Little, if any opportunity for advancement.
