      Great people to work with. Good vacation benefits.

      Cons

      To much last minute overtime. Management has seen a lot of changes and doesn't currently seem to be on the same page about important items.

      Pros

      Relaxed, market pay for position, not micromanaged, feel supported from direct supervisor, you can tell the company is trying to be supportive from a culture standpoint in the organization.

      Cons

      Somewhat siloed, not as transparent as I would like for my role, feels like there are "favorites" - sometimes it still feels like it is an "us/them" battle between the two legacy companies (the "favorites")
