      Pros

      Good benefits, pto, annual increases etc.

      Cons

      Big disconnect from home office and individual sites. All sites are based on contracts with companies so site employees are at the low end of the stick. Poor management over individual accounts. Account manager loses a site and still has others and a job while all site employees are out of work!!

      Pros

      Great starting salary, efficient support from corporate, easy on boarding processes.

      Cons

      Health benefits cost a fortune, site directors have conflict of interest with clients, no advocacy for employees, priorities change daily, focus is on the bottom line and data.
