Decent benefits but of course cost are rising!

Cons

If you are not a PA or a NP this company does not care about you. Supervisors can run the facility into the ground and they don't listen.

Pros

Good pay and benefits, team building opportunities, online training is available with CEU credit, IT development team are very helpful when issues arise.

Cons

Upper managment needs to support leaders at the onsite clinics better. Human Resources needs to be more responsive to issues with direct supervisor, especially when there are multiple complaints about communication and negative coaching techniques. EMR system needs to be improved.

- Career advancement opportunities are there if you work for them - Private, funded company that acts like a startup with a client base, budget, and revenue like a larger company - Good work/life balance - Flexible management

Cons

- Merger between two of the bggest players has been rocky - Still trying to figure out what works - Roadmap seems very reactive
