Pros

Solid mission and trying to be a great place to work.

Cons

Underwent a huge merger in 2014, and the company has been a mess since. Contacting corporate headquarters is mind-boggling. They reduced benefits with the merger, and health benefits are sub-par (especially compared to the companies to whom we provide care).

Pros

Good work/life balance. Nice facilities. Great people. Flixibility with work schedule for those in the corporate office.

Cons

No career path for most of the people in the building. Management sometimes disconnected from those folks doing the bulk of the work. Communication during and following the merger was poor.

Recent changes after merger are disheartening

Pros

Being where your patients are is wonderful. Like practicing in a small town. People know you and can access your clinic easily

Cons

Performance reviews not transparent or constructive. Top down metrics goals poorly defined. Terrible EMR. Employees don't feel valued or part of the same team as corporate. The company culture is discouraging. Fragmented intranet- can't find anything.
