Pros

Good PTO, flex hours, work life balance, great people to work with at local sites.

Cons

Large corporation and upper management is clueless with how people feel at local site levels. Doesn't matter how hard or how much you work, or how outstanding your performance is, HR at corporate level determines raises and they are pitiful to mediocre. Pay is decent, but a little sup-par compared with other companies in the same industry.

Pros

Good pay & benefits, the job was under a 5 mile commute from my home, great team work from my coworkers (who worked offsite), able to work independently from others (worked alone, onsite, at a corporate defense company), able to use my technical skills in medical (computer) technology, & lots of support telephonically from my managers. Also, not required to be "at work" on the weekends or holidays !

Cons

You work independently and there is ample use of the computer, for a registered nurse, and some may not like that kind of environment.
