Compensation and Benefits seemed okay

Cons

Can't say much about the job as my offer was resinded before I even had time to do the background ground check. I think the Office Manager did not like me asking too many questions. Thank goodness I was able to keep my job even though I had resigned. I wonder if that is a common practice of theirs. Also there does not seem to be much room for advancement if you don't work at the Corporate Office.

The team I work with is great! Everyone really cares about helping people. The work is easy but you still have to keep it fresh for the clients! If you are really good there can be the possibility of being promoted:)

Cons

As a sub you aren't promised a certain amount of hours so that can be frustrating. I'd love to work more and your paycheck depends on whether the full-timers take vacation or are sick.

Cons

Poor human resource service. No clear job qualifications for licensed RN. Horrible communication among upper management and employees. I don't recommend, and they have an incompetent EMR system, slow and now IT person.
