Horrible management that is constantly changing direction without communicating their vision to their employees. Understaffed, no training, unclear direction and an all-around miserable place to work.

Terrible office culture perpetuated by onsite Health Center Manager—including continuous gossip with employees about one another; No effective leadership or clinic / employee oversight by the Health Center’s Director of Client Operations (who is also the HCM’s direct supervisor) despite company policy/procedure to have one-on-one meetings with each health center staff multiple times per year. And, the worst of all: Racist attitudes and behaviors that are pervasive and tolerated by HR despite proof. It was horrible to watch happen day to day (I’m white) and even worse to watch there be no accountability. The optic there is that DE&I values/practices are performative which makes the company appear to be cloaked in white supremacy.
