Cons

you will work as manager and well as provider responsible for interviewing new members, hiring and onboarding new members very stuck on logistics and numbers your direct manager will work remotely and will not really care for your mental health or wellbeing overall - no flexibility to work remote, even on bad weather days, family emergency, or sick days (however your manager is remote and says 'how will you prove you are working?')

Pros

Co-workers make the job - true for any workspace. No one ever gets terminated - poor work quality, poor attitude, poor attendance- doesn’t matter. This can impact morale, but ultimately the team member will pull out of their funk or voluntarily resign.

Cons

The company is e-company. Everything online. Don’t see real people. Raises were a disgrace for 5 years - top performer, superb reviews, busted my tail, 1.2% and 1.7% raises. After quitting full time and working just PRN, finally got a decent 4.7% increase!
