      Pros

      Love my clinic site, coworkers, and patients. Have the tools and support I need to do my job well. Good stipend for continuing education, good effort to connect remote workers with peers. I love that the company values DEIB despite the current political atmosphere where most corporations have zero moral courage.

      Cons

      Typical healthcare corporation. Heavy on admin and management positions who pull in the big pay and credit for the work their providers do under them.

      Generous holidays and PTO with floating holidays

      Cons

      Parking for employees is cumbersome. management not very interested in feed back.

      Communication with leaders Work Life Balance Remote ability Meaningful work Being included and part of the team and direction and growth opportunities

      Cons

      No Cons but could use additional staffing as we need and have contractors help fill in and that makes a huge difference
