Cons

Very happy in the ergonomics department. Coming from the Injury Prevention department, management sucks. I'm glad I was able to move into a different department. The management and team is very unorganized. Managers are micromanaging and playing favorites HEAVILY. The team is very clique-y. For the ergonomics department, the manager is very supportive, knows the ins and outs of the role, is very informative, and trusts his team to get the job done. The ergo team is very quick to help each other out and go above and beyond.
