      Pros

      Growing organization across the country and is flexible with working either remotely or hybrid. Incredible mission and values at Premise Health. Overall, team members have strong work ethics.

      Cons

      Senior leadership not consistently aligned on strategic direction of org.

      Best kept secret

      Pros

      Great communication, leadership, as well as staff training and support. There is at least one RN in every office. The best part is the patients you are taking care of are appreciative and really need medical care and the company does as much as they can for its employees.

      Cons

      Staff retention in some offices(usually this is medical assistant turnover as in most places). Finding coverage for vacations can be problematic if not planned ahead.
