6yThanks for your feedback. We recognize there are always areas to improve. Due to the size of our company, communication is always an area we're innovating through processes and tools. If you can identify a solution to a problem, please share your thoughts with your manager.
In regard to training, we currently invest heavily in employee development and training; however, we do agree there is always room for improvement. We will share your concerns with our training department so we can continue to grow.
