An overall positive work environment with WFM opportunities and an environment which makes you feel both welcomed and listened to.

Cons

During the initial hiring process I found a lack of training and overall direction in terms of my role and responsibility.

Pros

After a decade with Premium Retail Services, I've had countless opportunities to grow and gain valuable experience. The amazing work environment, centered on the company's core values, consistently brings out the best in me. I truly believe anyone looking to learn and improve should seriously consider joining Premium.

Cons

While my remote position allows me to enhance my expertise conveniently from home, one downside is the limited interaction with my colleagues, mainly through MS Teams. However, Premium Retail Services makes efforts to unite us during holidays and National Team Meetings, fostering a sense of togetherness despite the distance
