Pros

Flexible schedule/ indepedence for the most part and decent pay for work performed

Cons

Field employees are not trusted and deemed expendable.....In most cases you can not refuse a job once assigned..........Filed Mangers I have dealt with have no clue how to manage people.

Pros

Thought the folks in the field were super. The training provided was well-planned and complete. I did not feel micro-managed, and received reasonable compensation and recognition.

Cons

Upper management in the home office, while being sharp, seemed out-of-touch with the field. I didn't see an appreciation for the level of experience we all had. I also felt that the overall opinion was that everyone is completely expendable, from the reps to the managers. The lack of respect for the reps surprised me, there seemed to be the assumed distrust and many attempts to prove the reps were falsifying.
