It's a really terrible job and the culture is pure toxicity.

Pros

PRS Foster's a really supportive environment. Opportunities to grow do exist withing the company. My leadership worked with me, and really fought for me as an employee in the stores I was placed in. I got great feedback on performance but on a deeper level than just "you're going good." My leaders took the time to give me detailed feedback on my performance, technique on the job; but also on my attitude, and ability to adapt. They really took the time to foster my skills and develop me as a worker and a person which is rare in the workforce. Great Team Atmosphere Leadership is pretty down to earth

Cons

Due to the nature of the business, your job isn't always guaranteed. Programs change, end, or switch firms. This typically isn't the companies fault so I don't count it against them. I would also day due to wanting to keep the big companies they market for happy, they really push much for better pay or benefits. The program I worked on was part time at full time hours, no benefits for years. PRS can only do so much about that or risk losing the contract so it's mostly out of their hands.
