      Pros

      Get to set my schedule Work on a team or independently Do many different things.

      Cons

      In my experience they expect me to complete jobs within the constraints of what they think the “estimated” time should be with no room for error. Their idea of “estimated time” in my opinion actually means “ the minimum amount of time, under perfect conditions, if you were superhuman snd could fly.”
