      They fired me because I requested an accommodation for my disability

      I never got wage thefted.

      Cons

      I sent an email to their HR department, requesting an accommodation for my disability. Instead of engaging in an interactive process, they just terminated my account with the HR portal so I wasn't able to log in to see their response. Three days later, when I didn't respond to the ticket (because I literally COULDN'T), they closed the ticket due to my non-response. Less than 6 weeks later, I was suddenly fired with no reason given.

      Pros

      Set your own schedule with jobs supplied during each week. No weekends. Good support from immediate supervisor

      Cons

      Zero chance of a rate increase since you are part time. Every week a corporate person will take jobs off of your wee to cut hours. Often times this happens during the day that you are working in. No holiday pay. Low wage, high expectations. Benefits are not that good and expensive. Sick pay is accumulated. It only 40 hours per year is allowed. I took 40, and carried some over that I wasn’t allowed to use.
