      Easy to get on boarded due to high frequency of turnover

      Cons

      Poor communication for remote position based work Indifferent HR that will ignore complaints in favor of tenured employees/managers Frequent shift in job status and projects to accommodate potential favoritism and other unethical behaviors at the cost of the low level employees.

      There are no pros within the company

      Cons

      They promote incompetent people to DM or higher. No one knows how to communicate with anyone. They pass the buck to others. They force people to perform jobs that a. they can not do and b. are out of their area. They truly need to close shop and/or learn how to make things easier for their employees. Also they pay the same wage and no one can get a head. No raises given unless you are a supervisor. They expect the workers to be 100% so they can make money because they only tell the client 80% 5

      Pros

      You get the freedom to adjust your own schedule. Premium Retail has a good name and a nice looking logo.

      Cons

      Outside of November and December there is very little work. Senior Management will not consider you for any position other than part-time. They are mostly interested in what they can get out of you rather than what you can bring to their organization.
