Pros

The only one pro I can think of is flexibility.

Cons

The pay is very little . They pay the equivalent of a cashier at a retail store such as Target. Its a stressful work environment and lack of proper training or assistance. High expectations for such a low paying job. They allow locations to be stolen from employees. Rate everything you do as if your a puppet.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. Most often, the Hiring Manager determines employee’s compensation based on several factors including job responsibilities, location, and experience. If you’d like to discuss your compensation further, we invite you to reach out to your manager. Thanks for being a great part of the Premium family.

Pros

Good pay, flexible schedule however that is not so much as a pro for PRS that is just because the clients provide that to us as guide lines.

Cons

This experience was one of the worst. Due to leadership in headquarters not knowing how to handle such delicate relationships with clients they are losing all there business. Once contracts are terminated with PRS from clients. They look for any reason to get rid of the teams in field. However they need to look at there employees in charge of the program failing and wonder what could have been changed. I was harassment till my final day that went on for approximately three months. Being questioned about my job and expenses however those are the questions you should have been asking two years ago. Such a waste to watch higher leadership ruin a great job. Never did you see them in the field or communication until they wanted to threaten people with law suits. I had also requested information from HR and it took 2 months to get a response. I hope that when clients truly care about there employees they choice a different third party company to go with. I have worked with a few different thirds party and never had such issues.

Pros

Good hourly rate, work is easy although they do require you to answer the same question over and over to the point it is over kill, I don't like how they are persistent with insisting on pestering upper management with Petty none important , they are busy and get annoyed when they stop their day for a vendor just to say hi how are you I'm here can you watch me work .

Cons

Milage pay isn't paid correctly or accurately. No drive time pay. Alot of miles for nothing
