      Okay pay, hiring process is easy, they send you some materials that are needed. Shipment is fast, They provide you with a company tablet.

      Cons

      Pay varies, no paid mileage, more traveling and less hours, sometimes some materials are not provided such as tools, lack of training, when there are problems its hard to get into contact.

      Pros

      Flexibility to hours worked, ability to reschedule work if something comes up as long as assignments are turned in before deadline.

      Cons

      Unstable work hours assigned, less than part-time hours through the majority of the year. Uncommunicative management, high pressure work environment during the holidays.
