Pros

Sounds great when selling you on the job. Flexible hours, workplace freedom, m-f.

Cons

None of what they said was true. Unrealistic hours expectations, no freedom of schedule. Worked 6 day weeks and weekends most of the year

Flexible schedule. To be honest that is about it.

Cons

I've been lied to since day 1. Literally dozens of lies. All they care about in minimum pay for maximum results. I was promised a raise after 2 years. No raise has ever been given in my 5 years. Promises of mileage reimbursement is always a fraction of what is promised. Looking for a new job as I write this. Management avoids answering questions about pay and scheduling. Many jobs are scheduled for a period of time but there is no way to complete the job in that time frame. Many coworkers just do the extra work for free rather than hassle with management.
