Pros

Its just a job, hope to soon be a former employee

Cons

Total lack of decent communication , or support from supervisor. Minimal wages, (I was hired being told I would get payed $13/hours, which is wrong (This is a wage paid only for one of the project, all other are paid less, minimum wage) Work is done by executing service order (photo or questions with multiple choices answers) on your phone /tablet, but many time, the company will not provide the right selection of answers, and you have to lie...They use a STAR rating that is absolutely worthless. and unfair., they have a facebook page , where employees are encouraged to post , as long as the comments glorify the company...all other comments are deleted...

Appreciate you leaving your feedback. You are correct that Premium pays by job and not a fixed hourly wage, this is because the jobs vary greatly by program. Questions for reporting while in-store are created based on the instructions, however any discrepancies should be brought to the attention of your manager as soon as possible. We believe the STAR rating system to be a great resource in measuring rep performance based on a variety of factors, though we are always open to hearing any objections to what you may believe to be unfair. We also do use Facebook groups for sharing best practices and success stories, and will look into your feedback about posts being deleted. We assure you, leadership values each and every employee and we hope you stick around!

If you want no future

Pros

People upstairs get to wear jeans everyday. That about covers the positive. Well some of the people are fun to work with.

Cons

Expect 0 raise or bonus. Expect to be hired as salaried (they’ll even tell you salaried). Then you’ll start clocking in and out. If you want any future in this business do not work there. They lock you in with non compete, this includes; past, current and “potential” clients for two years. As long as owners are getting paid you’re of no concern.

Horrible

Pros

Some programs are pretty awesome with flexible schedules, an awesome leadership team that is always attentive to reps needs, and clear cut goals/super organized, but the current program I’m with is absolutely atrocious.

Cons

Leadership is awful and borderline non existent. Too much he said she said when it comes to job duties and responsibilities, management is never available or able to answer simple questions, pay is never consistent, and overall a really bad experience.
