My boss should be more accessable for problems and not pass us off to other employees like ourselves. They just have to call her for the same answer she could have given us. That is most of the reps complaint.

Terrible company to invest your time or real energy into. You will only do well if you are a white male they do not promote based on your performance or qualifications. Most managers are uneducated and do not have degrees. They look good from the outside which is how I suppose they get major accounts. They have several claims filled with the EEOC.
