Okish place to start Canadian mid level career.

Cons

Pathetic company politics and underpayment. Overloaded work and credit goes to others who are the managers pets since years now.

Pros

Initially we had more flexibility with scheduling and direction

Cons

Pay is low, expectations high. Communication and support deteriorated the entire time I was there to the point it became toxic. The Acosta takeover seemed to make things worse for most employees and certainly increased the expectations relative to pay with a lot of additional unnecessary changes. For any longer term employees the company made deliberate effort to have them leave the company
