-Entry level sales -Get your foot in the door with sales -Lots of freedom (No one standing over your shoulder)

Cons

-Bell is a mess -Premiums merger has left their corporate a mess -No support from the upper management -Premium and bell doesn't care about your individual success -Movement upwards makes you less money for more stress -Capped leads weekly
