Pros

There’s flexibility in your work schedule

Cons

The pay isn’t a livable wage and they rarely give out raises. They require you to drive your own vehicle and while they do pay for mileage, they don’t pay it correctly. (They will pay mileage based on the most economical route which includes toll roads but will not reimburse tolls.) You are required to use your own phone for reporting and they require you to share your location at all times. This is an invasion of privacy. They used to pay $0.25 per picture you upload on service orders, but it is now capped at $50 per month. Some service orders require 30-40 pictures be uploaded so one could easily hit the cap within a week. There is no mentoring or physical training for the job. They give you a PDF attached to your service order and you’re supposed to “figure it out.” I used to get overtime but since there’s been new management, overtime is “against policy.” Overtime used to be a benefit. I used to get bonuses every once in a while, but those have been taken away too.

Thank you for your honest feedback and for your long-term commitment to Premium Retail Services. After doing extensive research, we believe our compensation aligns with industry standards. However, we will continue to evaluate it to ensure it remains fair and competitive. We also recognize your concerns about mileage reimbursement, phone usage, and photo upload compensation. We’re reviewing these policies to make improvements where needed. In regard to training, we invest heavily in employee development, but we agree there is always room for improvement. We’ll share your concerns with our training department to enhance support for all team members. We appreciate your contributions and are committed to making improvements to create a better experience for our employees.
