Pros

In my experience with PRS they've done a phenomenal job placing people in leadership roles who want to see their employees succeed and grow. This, coupled with advancement opportunity within the company, truly makes PRS a viable option for anyone looking for a career rather than just a job.

Cons

The online tracking system could benefit from some housecleaning and updating.

Solid upper and internal management, could use more challenges

Pros

Upper management is very quick to provide pertinent information to the lower levels. They also have an expert internal staff with regards to any comments, questions or concerns. Trainings are very motivational, executed with positive insight, precise goals, and professionalism. Flexible schedule is a premium luxury.

Cons

Though some days of redundancy are expected in any job, more challenges or responsibilities could be shared with lower levels of management.

Pros

Working at PRS is fun. You experience a lot of the best parts of working retail (ie: meeting new people), and miss out on the worst parts (ie: inventory, stocking etc.). They make working fun by running contests for awesome bonuses and/or prizes. Management is great to work with. Expectations are laid out from the start. Do your job and you'll never have a problem. My work schedule is very flexible, unlike any mon-fri 9-5 job.

Cons

There's a whole lot of driving. A reliable car is a must! Fuel efficient vehicle is also a plus! Once the holidays start (Black Friday), vacation is out of the question until the holidays are over. Though you get the traditional holidays off; taking some time off will probably be denied.
