Pros

PRS has so many opportunities for employees who work diligently and are interested in advancing their career further with the company. Senior mgmt. recognized great talent and promote those who are interested.

Cons

Some challenges could be work load during Q4 which is to be expected working in retail as we all work beyond maximum levels.

Pros

I love that I get to make my own schedule! The variety of work I get is awesome! I get to work with some really cool products! Premium Retail is one of the best companies I have worked in this industry because they pay fair and on time like clockwork!

Cons

Sometimes there are last minute changes, so I always check my website before I head out for the day! At first I wasn't crazy about using the pay card, but I set up direct deposit with it so I no longer have any issues! Some times we get a lot of materials.....so you have to keep up with it and organized!

The vibe with fellow sales representatives is good

Cons

There is really no room for advancement even if your a qualified candidate. They only promote their own kind, if your latino or white you may get promoted but if your black forget it as you will never be promoted. If you want to advance in your career stay away from Premium Retail Services
