Pros

Senior leadership is loyal and caring toward (corporate) employees. As a family owned company, they have done an admirable job of maintaining a small company feel despite lots of growth.

Cons

There is room for advancement within the lower levels of management, but as a relatively "flat" organization it would be very difficult to acheive a senior level position from within. Above average work load, below average compensation.

Pros

Flexibility of schedule Work at your own pace

Cons

Will hire anyone and I mean ANYONE. That's great until you're a team lead full of useless people. Regional Market Managers are a joke and very unprofessional. The one I currently work for can't even spell properly. Have to drive all over creation with no regard from management. Have to do tons of things that are way outside the scope of what you are hired for. Don't like it? Too bad. VERY high turn-over rate so the few reps they do keep get run ragged covering everyone's territory. Management is unethical, literally have asked me to lie to corporate clients dozens of times. Constant all day and night emails and phonecalls are very annoying. So much driving. I know I've mentioned this already but it's that bad. Some weeks you'll have 50 hours of work then the net week you'll have 10 even though you signed up for 20.
