      Pros

      Its incredible to feel appreciated by a company that cares for its employees and offering the best service for its partners/clients. The family aspect of Premium really shines through from the #PremiumCulture team to interactions with colleagues and upper management. PRS really does care about it's 'family' and its very wonderful to see.

      Cons

      Though an agency life does not give a guarantee in employment for long periods of time, PRS really does strive to offer new opportunities where possible to keep great team members within the organization. It has many clients/partners and would be great to enhance employees understanding and knowledge of all partners with an update to the internal learning portal that includes overviews of clients/partners. How employees can support them and if there are any opportunities for employee purchase programs that extend to PRS employees as well.
