Pros

Nothing good about at Premium Retail.

Cons

The right hand never knows what the left hand is doing. People being hired today are being paid less money than people hired 4 years ago. They keep taking things away from the reps. There are never any raises given. They make goals impossible to meet; so, they don't have to pay bonuses that have been promised. They are always very last minute with everything. The owners of the company let a certain manager do whatever she wants. The company has absolutely no respect for people who work in the field. Their clients need to make sure they are getting what they pay for because there is talk that they use money from one client for other clients. There is no rhyme for the way store visits are set up. Also, HR does not protect the employee. They protect who they see as the most powerful. This is just an overall horrible company to work for.

Pros

There are no pro's to this job. There is extreme pressure for a lousy, low paying job. Stay away! Well there may be one pro, it's beter than working for Wally World.

Cons

Disrespect for employees. Sporadic work. Poor communication. Low pay. High pressure. Poor management.

Pros

Will keep you very busy and it will become more than a FT job

Cons

To keep a 98% in your market, you have to work more than 8 hours a day. Most weekends and you are subject to work up to 60-70 hours a week. Salary is good but average when you add the hours worked to get the 98%
