Pros

- Flexible hours (if you need a day off your manager will let you do flex time) - Car allowance/gas card/benefits/bonuses are good - People are really friendly and fun to work with - Relaly good training for field staff

Cons

The only con really is working weekends, but I guess thats life with retail.

Much more close-knit/family like atmosphere than I expected.

Cons

Would prefer having more choice for benefits package. Not a lot of full-time opportunities outside of GTA.
