      Cut out hours

      You get to work alone so you are not micromanaged and I really love that

      Cons

      If your store does not make enough sales, then they cut your hours pretty bad. I’m only able to work a few days a week so I can’t make too many sales and I can’t hit goals all by myself for the whole store since the other associates don’t know what they’re doing
