Pros

- Flexible Schedule - Management does not interact with you if you are doing a good job - Star rating system - Traveling

Cons

- Low pay, especially if the task does not last as long as the time given - Store staff is hit or miss, most times certain stores will see you as "lesser than" for being a vender - Store staff will sometimes not do their job (ex. scanning out of stocks), which affects the amount of work you can do
