Select your Own schedule Decent pay with incentives

Training is horrible. All done on computer with no/none hands on. Like reading a recipe without any ingredients to use.

Pros

There really is no pros that I can think of other than you are, fir all intents, a contractor working as a third party in a large retail store and do not have to do any of the actual retail store duties.

Cons

Management, using the title loosely, gives absolutely no guidance other than demanding that you sell. Discrimination is rampant and favoritism is the culture. If an employee is successful and keeps the sales managers and regional managers commissions up, that employee can pretty much do what they want and treat other employees any way they want.
